Important Note to Customers: To
help better serve You when calling or faxing boarding appointments that you include the following information:
dates for drop off and pick up (see our hours of operation for our windows of opportunity). We request that
you give us a 1 hour window in which to drop off and pick up. This aids
us in planning our staffing and our working schedules. We also need ot know if you would prefer any grooming (bath/nails,
bath only, nail clipping and actual cuts need to be scheduled ahead of time (this does not say that you cannot make changes
as times draw nearer). We do understand that sometimes you are booking dates months in advance BUT, it is the decision of the owner that NO RESERVATIONS
WILL BE HELD WITH OUT tentative dates, drop off and pick up times. Special NOTE: PLEASE FAX
boarding agreements & shots ahead if you have them available. We prefer to have everything BEFORE you come
if you get here and choose to bring your papers and something is missing that we cannot immediately clear up with your vet
We cannot in any circumstances take your pet. Faxing is the BEST way so I can assure your information is complete;
and all necessary shots are Current - PRIOR to your arrival here @ Break of Dawn. Any questions, call the kennel

PUPPY
GUARANTEE
CUSTOMERS Important Note : It
has been brought to our attention that those purchasing puppies need to be aware of the water they are being fed. These
puppies have been brought up on well water. IF YOU HAVE COUNTY WATER OR CITY WATER THAT HAS BEEN TREATED.....PLEASE....PLEASE....only
feed your puppies spring water or filtered water the first 2 months they are home. On rare occasion we are finding that
kidney infections have arisen from those on "treated water supplies". Once the puppies have a little more
size on them it should be acceptable to give them your current water supply. These suggestions are for puppies
purchased at our facility or Any other outsource. The key here is the water supply not puppies.
Especially with ecoli and other types of contamination of public water supplies it is neccesary to "treat it" and
when there is excessive rain, flooding, or random contamination the public works will need to "heavily treat" the
water source. In really young puppies , UNTREATED, it can cause UTI's (urinary tract infections). *Though these
symptions are usually exception not the rule, We are only giving you this as a SUGGESTION on how WE recommend you care for
your new puppies at homes where public water is their main source.*
