Important Note to Customers: To help better serve You, and make our
kennel more efficient- when calling or faxing please include the following information so your reservation
will be complete: 1- dates you will be coming, time for drop off and pick up (see our hours of operation for our windows
of opportunity) we do request that you give us a 1 hour window in which to
drop off and pick up. This aids us in planning our staffing and our working schedules. We also need to know
if you would prefer any grooming at that time: such as bath/nails, bath only, nail clipping or grooming (cuts are available)
by scheduled requests. We do understand that sometimes you are booking months in advance BUT, it is the decision of the owner that NO RESERVATIONS
WILL BE HELD WITH OUT- dates & times for drop off and pick up. We appreciate your cooperating in
this matter. Special NOTE: FAX boarding agreements and shots AHEAD OF TIME. Or, You may mail them or bring
them when you come either for play day or your first visit here. Faxing is always best in case there are questions regarding
your pet's shots or questions arise from the boarding agreement- clarification of medications/feeding/or behavioral nature. *Services outside business hours are at the discretion of management and will incur additional charges!!!**
You are welcome to call (804-795-5933) if you plane is late getting in and see if we are still here (leave a message
even if no one answers directly). If we are still here and are able to remain behind (stay late) there
is a $10 charge for every 30 minutes we stay beyond closing. This does not guarantee that we will
stay; but in cases approved by Nita Mawyer (owner) you will be aware that there will be a charge for Before &
After Hours Pick Up/drop offs.
