Important Note to Customers: To help better serve You, and make our
kennel more efficient: Whenever you call (1st choice) or fax (last resort)-best only for sending shot records.
That you include the complete information required: dates you will be coming, time for drop off and pick up (see our
hours of operation for our windows of opportunity) we do request that you give us
a 1 hour window in which to drop off and pick up. This aids us in planning our staffing and our working schedules.
We also need ot know if you would prefer any grooming at that time (this does not say that you cannot make changes as times
draw nearer). We do understand that sometimes you are booking months in advance BUT, it is the decision of the owner that NO RESERVATIONS
WILL BE HELD WITH OUT- date, times: drop off and pick up, and grooming services. We, at Break of Dawn, appreciate
your cooperating in this matter. Special NOTE:
DO FAX boarding agreements and shots AHEAD OF TIME. Or, You may mail them or bring
them when you come either for play day or your first visit here. Faxing is best incase there are questions regarding
your pet's shots or questions regarding the boarding agreement. *Service outside business hours
are at the discretion of management and will incur additional charges!!!** You are welcome to call (804-795-5933) if
you plane is late getting in and see if we are still here (leave a message) if WE are and are willing to remain behind
(stay late) there is a $10 charge for every 45 minutes we stay beyond closing. This does not guarantee that we will
stay but in cases approved by Nita Mawyer (owner) you will know it is a charge for After Hours Pick Up or Before Hour drop
offs. Note: this is the exception not the rule
