DO NOT FAX....we accept only original documents in your handwriting you can print and bring with
you, or mail in- don't forget your pets shot records: must be up to date on rabies, distemper, bordatella, and heartworm
check.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Social, Intact Males= Small +$3/per day
- All other intact males = +$5/per

- PRIVATE YARDS(owner requested, or non-social
dogs)= $6 per day
- Intact Females (applies if coming in, going,
out, or actually in season) small +$3/ per day all others add +$5/per day
- Oral Medications: NO CHARGE- pre-packaged food (ie. Zip lock bags)
- Add $1
per day per prescription to administer one medication (1X per day)
- Add $2 per medications for administering more that 2 times day.
- Ear
Topical Medications: each cleaning and/or additional RX applications will
be a $2 charge.

Prices are for bath or bath/nails only.
ADDITIONAL GROOMING SERVICES:The following services will incur
extra charges: Any clipping, hygiene cuts, full or partial shave-down, De-matting, Blowing Undercoats,
Complete Brush-Outs.
All extra services will be priced according to the job performed.

Important Note to
Customers:
To help better serve You, and make our kennel more efficient: Whenever
you call (1st choice) or fax (last resort)-best only for sending shot records. That you include the complete information
required: dates you will be coming, time for drop off and pick up (see our hours of operation for our windows of opportunity)
we do request that you give us a 1 hour window in which to drop off and pick
up. This aids us in planning our staffing and our working schedules. We also need ot know if you would prefer
any grooming at that time (this does not say that you cannot make changes as times draw nearer). We do understand that
sometimes you are booking months in advance BUT, it is the
decision of the owner that NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE HELD WITH OUT- date, times: drop
off and pick up, and grooming services. We, at Break of Dawn, appreciate your cooperating in this matter.
Special NOTE: DO
NOT FAX boarding agreements. You may mail them or bring them when you come either for play day or your first
visit here. Faxing does NOT come out clear and we will ask you to do it again if you fax the boarding
agreement.
*Service outside business hours are at the discretion of management and
will incur additional charges!!!** You are welcome to call (804-795-5933) if you plane is late getting in
and see if we are still here (leave a message) if WE are here and are able to remain behind (stay late) there is
a $10 charge for every 45 minutes we stay beyond closing. This does not guarantee that we will stay but in cases approved
by Nita Mawyer (owner) you will know it is a charge for After Hours Pick Up or Before Hour drop offs. Note: this is the exception not the rule
