DIRECTIONS
95
North heading South:
95 North to 295 south (Va
Beach/Rocky Mount, NC)
Take 295 south to Exit 28 B. This will be the 64/295 interchange. The exit
just before this will be the Cold Harbor/Highland Springs exit (156 north and south)
Once you have passed this
exit get into your extreme right hand lane which will be Exit 28-B
If you do not do this you will miss the exit and the
next one isn't until Route #5 !!!
Exit 28-B Take the 4th ramp which will say Route 60 East...come off ramp
and at the first stop light turn onto Technology BLVD. Go 1/4 miles (or less) and turn Right onto Memorial Drive.
Go to the stop sign (it will be a T-intersection @ Charles City Road). Turn left. Go approximately 2 1/4 miles and the
Break of Dawn sign is on the right. Big green building with white roofs and a large sign saying Break of Dawn Farm and
Kennels #5803 Charles City Road. YOU ARE HERE!!!
Coming
from the South heading North
Take 295 north crossing over the James River (Varina-Enon Bridge) take your
first exit after crossing the bridge. Exit 22-A, Route #5 Charles City. At the bottom of the ramp bear right onto
Route 5 (also called New Market Road). Go 1 mile to the first hard surface road on the left TURNER ROAD (make a left
turn). Go to the 2nd stop sign at the T intersection of Charles City Road. Make a right and go approximately 3
1/2 miles. The kennel will be on the right. #5803 Charles City Road.
from
895 north to east/richmond
Take 895 north going through the $2 toll. Take the first exit (Route
5/Laburnum Ave). Go to the stop sign and turn left. At the traffic light (Route 5) continue straight on Laburnum
Avenue. Next continue through "blinking light" and count 3 lights (the 3rd one being Charles City Road).
Turn right onto Charles City Road (heading east) proceed 7 1/4 miles and the kennel will be on your right #5803. Big
sign and large green buildings with white tops!

FROM 64
WEST HEADING EAST ON 64
When on 64 west proceed until you see 295 south (exit 200). Get on
295 heading south and off at the 2nd exit (route 60 east) come off the ramp and take first right at the light onto Technology
BLVD. Go to first road on the right (memorial drive) and turn right. Go to stop sign (T-intersection) at Charles
City Road and turn left onto Charles City proceed 2 1/4 miles and the kennel will be on the right #5803. Big sign,
green buildings with white tops.

64 west (Va Beach-Chesapeake-surrounding
areas)heading to Richmond
option #1- 64 west to Laburnum Avenue (exit 195) this is one
exit after the Airport exit which is exit #197. Come to the top of the ramp and bear left onto Laburnum Avenue
heading south. Go to the 7th traffic light and turn left onto Charles City Road. Go 7 1/4 miles and the kennel
will be on the right side #5803. Large Green buildings, sign with white tops.
#2nd option: 64
east go to the Exit 200 (295 south) then take the 2nd exit which is (Route 60 heading East). Once off the ramp ( 60
east) turn right at the first light which is Technology BLVD. Take 1st right (Memorial Drive). Go to the stop
sign (t-intersection) at Charles City Road and turn left onto Charles City Road. Go 2 1/4 miles and the kennel will
be on your right hand side. #5803.
